   Tina – you made a coffee/chocolate mousse of some kind Saturday and I can’t find the recipe. Would you be able to post it please?

     Here you go Catherine:

     Mocha Mousse
     1 tablespoon espresso
     1 teaspoon vanilla
     1 cup heavy cream
     1/2 cup powdered sugar
     1/2 cup cocoa

     Just combine all ingredients in bowl/container and use food processor/chopper/whisk to whip together.
