Our Go-To Family Favorite Turkey Burger!Easy to make and full of flavor & moisture! The roasted red peppers and fresh spinach add a ton of flavor and moisture. I have always cooked them in a skillet as turkey burger patties have more moisture than traditional beef burgers.
You can mix them by hand or use low speed on a hand or stand mixer.
Divide mixture into fourths and form burger patties.
Cook in a non-stick skillet for about 4-5 min per side or until 165 -170 degrees F. on an instant read thermometer. (Note they will give off excess moisture from vegetables during cooking process.)

Make Ahead:
I have frozen the raw patties, but they seem to taste a bit better and are more moist when cooked fresh. You can make mix and form the burgers several hours in advance and refrigerate.
Serving Suggestions:
I usually serve with brioche burger buns, mayonnaise and some baby spinach. My younger daughter likes hers with pesto. They are also good with a simple basil mayonnaise or Roasted Red Pepper mayonnaise sauce.
