Hello Foodie Friends! – Many of you have been asking for recipes that can be made using the KitchenAid Countertop Oven.
Hard to know where to start as I use my oven everyday for all sorts of things!! It bakes beautifully – I cornbread and cornbread muffins a lot! Pretty much any dip or appetizer works great! It’s great for pizzas and quick snacks like chicken fingers and french fries. I make casseroles, sheet tray dinners and larger dinner items like a whole chicken. I think you’ll be surprised at all you can toast/bake/roast/broil in this compact oven!
Here I’ll provide links to recipes I have created for use in the oven and links to recipes from other sites that work well in the oven too. ENJOY!

I have just recently received a Kitchen Aid convection oven KCO211. Do you have a cooking time chart for roasting and baking?
Christina Verrelli
Hi Evelyn – Thanks for reaching out! I generally follow the instructions for whatever recipe I am making and then start watching before it says it’s supposed to be done. Sometimes with the Convection Bake feature it will finish a little sooner. Let me know if there’s anything specific dish you’re looking for and I can let you know if I’ve made it.

Please, do you sell a cook book with many recipes for a young new cook? I bought my granddaughter a KitchenAid counter top oven from QVC and she needs more recipes. Thank you. SuAnne , suanneg7636@aol.com

Hi SuAnne – Thanks for reaching out! I’m hoping to have a cookbook out soon – won’t be specifically for young cooks, but simple enough. This post here has some links to Countertop Oven Recipes. Demo Recipe Links – Countertop Oven

I bought the Kitchenaid air fryer convection oven.
I can’t find how to air fry a roasting chicken.
Can you please help me?
Also is there a cookbook for the air fryer oven?
Thanks
Christina Verrelli
Hi Carol – I have roasted chickens. They need to be on the smaller side. I put the chicken on the black pan and the oven rack on the lowest position. I use the convection bake setting and roast at about 375 – 400 degrees until done. There is not a cookbook at this time. Here is a link to some individual recipes I shared when we had the demonstrations on QVC. RECIPES
