Ingredients
- 1 cup +2 teaspoons bread flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) RapidRise Instant Yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
Instructions
- In the work bowl of the KitchenAid 7 cup Food Processor fitted with the Dough Blade place the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Pulse 3 times to combine. With the food processor running on low speed add the water through the large feed tube. Continue running until a soft ball forms. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
- Shape into a ball and place in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest in a warm place about 2 hours until the dough has doubled in volume.
