A delicious smoothie with yogurt, banana and berries! You can make in your blender or use your hand/immersion blender!

Servings: 2 Smoothies (or 1 large)
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk or any milk
- 1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana - break into chunks
- 1/4 cup orange juice or any juice
Instructions
- Add milk, yogurt, berries, banana and juice to blender and blend until smooth.
- If using an immersion blender with blending jar, use S-bell blade and speed 2. Pulse to reach bottom of jar, tilt jar to side and with blender running slowly draw slowly up the side of the jar. Continue until smooth.
