Looking for plain vanilla Make Ahead Whipped Cream? I have a recipe for that too!
3 Flavored Whipped Creams (Make Ahead)
Ingredients
Salted Caramel Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup heavy "whipping" cream very cold
- 1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix if making ahead
- 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Chocolate Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup heavy "whipping" cream very cold
- 1 tablespoon instant vanilla or chocolate pudding mix if making ahead
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Orange Spice Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup heavy "whipping" cream very cold
- 1 tablespoon instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 tablespoons orange juice (no pulp)
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- You can whip the cream by hand or use a stand or hand mixer with whisk accessory. I used my KitchenAid 5 Cup Chopper with Whisking Accessory. 1 tablespoon of vanilla pudding mix per 1 cup of cream helps to stabilize the whipped cream and keep it from weeping so you can make it a day in advance.
- Whip together the cream and pudding mix until cream just starts to thicken. Add the other ingredients and continue to whip until desired consistency.
- Store in refrigerator. Can use for a whipped cream frosting too. You can easily double or triple the ingredients for a larger batch.

How about just plain rich whipped cream
Christina Verrelli
Works great for any kind of whipped cream! I use one cup of cream in the chopper – you can whip it plain or add a little powdered sugar.

Love you and kitchen aid would like to know if I can purchase the whisking blade for my food chopper?
Christina Verrelli
Hi Dorothy – Thanks for stopping by! The whisking blade only works with the 5-cup chopper which has that specific adaptor.
