Pork chops in tomato sauce,
Brown center cut pork chops on both sides lay them on a plate
Mix, chopped onions bell peppers garlic and mushrooms and cook for 5-8 minutes removed from pan add about a 1/4 – 1/2 of good dry red wine, Add pork chops, seasoning with garlic powder onion powder seasoning salt Mrs Dash add cooked onions garlic and mushrooms add tomato sauce about 30

Mix together, cook low to medium low for 2 to
3 hours until falling off the bone check seasoning serve with mashed potatoes.
