Orange Cinnamon Sweet Roll Monkey Bread:
Remember those refrigerated orange cinnamon rolls? This Orange Cinnamon Sweet Roll Monkey Bread recipe takes those flavors and makes them so much better! Homemade orange kissed sweet roll yeast dough is combined with butter and orange scented cinnamon sugar, a gooey brown sugar syrup, then baked until fluffy, sticky and golden brown in a Bundt pan. While still warm the monkey bread is drizzled with a simple orange glaze. Then it's fun to pull off pieces of monkey bread to enjoy or it can alternatively be served in slices like coffee cake!

Stand Mixer Massaged Kale Salad
Easiest way to massage and dress your kale salad at the same time! Kale is a tough green and needs to be massaged to make it easier to chew in (raw) kale salads. Rather than massaging your kale by hand – use your stand mixer! It's easier, cleaner and faster!

Parmesan Pimiento Bread
This gorgeous golden colored bread if flavored with Parmesan cheese, fresh rosemary and savory pimiento peppers. The bread bakes up beautifully in the KitchenAid Bread Bowl Attachment or in a 6-8 quart Dutch oven (oven safe heavy pot with oven-safe lid).

Melted Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies – Chewy!
Melted butter helps to make a chewy more dense style cookie (rather than creamed butter and sugar) recipes. You can bake the cookies after mixing, but if you have the time, I strongly suggest chilling the dough balls in the refrigerator for as long as you can. (2 hours to 2 days!) It really deepens the flavor and improves the texture. I like to chill the dough balls rather than the whole batch of cookie dough. As the dough is easier to scoop when it's soft and the dough balls don't take as long to chill as does a whole bowl of dough.

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.

Ultimate Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake
I am so excited about this cheesecake!! It is absolutely delicious! The creamy peanut butter cheesecake filling sits atop an Oreo crumb crust and is topped with a rich chocolate ganache topping! The filling is super creamy and peanut buttery with a nice tang from the cream cheese. I first made one a year ago for our Easter celebration! It reminds me of the cheesecake version of your favorite chocolate peanut butter Easter egg candy! Servings 12-16 – I cut this tall, rich cheesecake into thinner slices for a yield of about 16.

Judi Nee
Hi, I was just watching In the kitchen with david and was wondering what the difference is between the kitchenaid tilt head mixer that was on and the artisan mixer?
Christina Verrelli
Hello – Same specifications for the mixer as the Artisan – called Custom just for QVC.
Camille Cardarella
Help! I just attempted to do my piecrust in my KitchenAid mixer following your directions. This never happened before but today the pie dough looks more like batter than pie crust. What did I do wrong?
Christina Verrelli
Hi Camille – sorry to hear that – sounds like too much water? Drizzle in little by little just until the dough is shaggy and holds together.
