The Flatbread RECIPE:
¾ cup cottage cheese, 2%
1 egg
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F
In chopper, add the cottage cheese, egg, and spices. Blend until creamy.
Pour the mixture out evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread evenly into a rectangle.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the flatbread is set and golden.
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes. On one side of the flatbread add your favorite sandwich toppings and enjoy!
