Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
These Chocolate Chip Cookies are buttery and soft with a nice chew when you bite into them! They’re not too thick and not too thin. They come out of the oven puffed in the center, but while cooling, that center nestles down into pure chewy delicious-ness! YUM! This recipe make 2-dozen cookies, a perfectly manageable batch! They stay soft when stored in an air-tight container and they freeze perfectly either before or after baking.

Cheesy Herb Beer Bread (No Yeast, No Eggs)
This Cheesy Herb Beer Bread is delicious, super-quick and easy to make. It bakes up into a savory “quick bread” style loaf. This one has shredded cheese and dried herbs added, use what you have on hand! The bread gets bathed in melted butter 2 times while baking, so it has a wonderful, slightly crumbly, buttery crust.

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.

Easy Basic Vinaigrette Dressing
This is a delicious basic vinaigrette dressing recipe that can easily be customized! Change up the vinegar, oil or herbs! Add more garlic or swap in some minced shallots! You can whisk it by hand, shake it up in a jar or use a chopper, blender or food processor! I make mine nice and thick by emulsifying the oil with the other ingrdients in my KitchenAid 5-cup Chopper!

Cinnamon Pie
A custard based pie, with a texture similar to pumpkin pie – that’s flavored with a healthy dose of cinnamon. It’s delicious at room temperature or chilled from the refrigerator. I highly recommend serving with a nice dollop of fresh whipped cream!

Love your “How to” videos!!! I have 2 Kitchenaid Stand Mixers, my new cordless hand mixer (which I absolutely love), and the new food processor and the small one too. The only thing is I have problems hooking up my bowl onto the lift stand mixer, like the one you were using here, so I tend not to use it very much. Also, my regular smaller stand mixer is leaking oil from the bottom of the lift. Any suggestions on where to take it to be serviced?

Hi Rita – Thanks for reaching out! You have a nice collection!! I would reach out to KitchenAid for suggestions on service. Let me know how you make out!

I thought it was just me experiencing difficulty getting the metal mixing bowl onto the mounting system of my 6 qt. Mixer. The handle is off centered to the left of the mixer’s center & I’m a lefty! I’m sure it’s something simple but after making 6 loaves of bread (following Tina’s instructional videos=success) , I’m sure there is a simple magic to make landing the bowl on the latch at the back while getting the bowl pins aligned.
