Orange Cinnamon Sweet Roll Monkey Bread:
Remember those refrigerated orange cinnamon rolls? This Orange Cinnamon Sweet Roll Monkey Bread recipe takes those flavors and makes them so much better! Homemade orange kissed sweet roll yeast dough is combined with butter and orange scented cinnamon sugar, a gooey brown sugar syrup, then baked until fluffy, sticky and golden brown in a Bundt pan. While still warm the monkey bread is drizzled with a simple orange glaze. Then it's fun to pull off pieces of monkey bread to enjoy or it can alternatively be served in slices like coffee cake!

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.

Melted Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies – Chewy!
Melted butter helps to make a chewy more dense style cookie (rather than creamed butter and sugar) recipes. You can bake the cookies after mixing, but if you have the time, I strongly suggest chilling the dough balls in the refrigerator for as long as you can. (2 hours to 2 days!) It really deepens the flavor and improves the texture. I like to chill the dough balls rather than the whole batch of cookie dough. As the dough is easier to scoop when it's soft and the dough balls don't take as long to chill as does a whole bowl of dough.

Perfectly Fudgy Stand Mixer Brownies
I discovered a new method for mixing brownies! My whole life, I thought you were supposed to hand mix brownies… through some research, I discovered the egg foam technique! In recipes calling for whisking together eggs and sugar, turns out you're supposed to whisk if for way longer than I ever realized – and a stand mixer fitted with wire whip is perfect for this!. That whipping transforms the mixture into a thick, voluminous mixture – that when finished will fall back into the bowl off the whisk in a thick ribbon – called the "ribbon stage."This technique gives you that delicious fudge brownie center with that beautiful shiny, crinkly top – the hallmark of a perfect brownie!
