Stand Mixer Sourdough Bread
Use your Stand Mixer to make delicious sourdough! It's a more accessible and streamlined process! This recipe makes a 1.5 pound boule shaped loaf. Sourdough bread is known for its tangy flavor, chewy texture, and crisp, crackly crust. It is a naturally leavened bread, which in its purest form, uses a starter of wild yeast and good bacteria rather than commercial yeast. Beginners: Don't panic that the recipe/instructions seem long, once you make it a couple times you won't even need the recipe. Make sure to check out my detailed YouTube video that goes through the whole process step-by-step. Linked in Article https://youtu.be/zZgulH5HwtI?si=_DwkgWYzDzeBuYRp

Whipped Honey with Cinnamon and Vanilla
Whipped honey is honey that is whipped to make the texture light, fluffy, creamy and spreadable. The whipping process breaks up the crystals and transforms the crunchy crystallized honey into a texture that's easier to use. So many of us have a jar of crystallized honey in our pantry, whipping the honey is a great what to transform the honey. Whipped honey makes a wonderful homemade gift!

They come out of the oven puffed in the center, but while cooling, that center nestles down into pure chewy delicious-ness! YUM! This recipe make 2-dozen cookies, a perfectly manageable batch! They stay soft when stored in an air-tight container and they freeze perfectly either before or after baking.

Melted Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies – Chewy!
Melted butter helps to make a chewy more dense style cookie (rather than creamed butter and sugar) recipes. You can bake the cookies after mixing, but if you have the time, I strongly suggest chilling the dough balls in the refrigerator for as long as you can. (2 hours to 2 days!) It really deepens the flavor and improves the texture. I like to chill the dough balls rather than the whole batch of cookie dough. As the dough is easier to scoop when it's soft and the dough balls don't take as long to chill as does a whole bowl of dough.

Bar Cookies for a Crowd – Recipe Tip
I love using the good old Nestle Toll House Recipe for my bar cookies. But for some reason I never noticed the recipe is written to be used with a “jelly roll pan” (15 x 10-inch.) …I don’t have jelly roll pans, I have half-sheet pans (17 x 12-inch.) It turns out if you add an extra 1/2 recipe they will bake up perfectly in your half-sheet pans! Yay lots of cookies for your crowd!

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.
