Here are some combinations I have tried with my KitchenAid Shave Ice Attachment.Each combination/"recipe" gives amount to fill 1 plastic "ice mold" cup.You can fill about 7-ounces up to the "fill-line" on each cup.Each frozen ice mold cup will make about a pint of shave ice.

Hi Tina,
Seen your video on YouTube for the vanilla ice cream, and I have a question first time making homemade ice cream.
Should the ice cream cylinder be left in the freezer at all times and even if I don’t make ice cream all the time. (Will the cylinder get destroyed)

Hi Josephine – You can keep in the freezer if you have room or you can just freeze 24 hours before usage.
