Melted Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies – Chewy!
Melted butter helps to make a chewy more dense style cookie (rather than creamed butter and sugar) recipes. You can bake the cookies after mixing, but if you have the time, I strongly suggest chilling the dough balls in the refrigerator for as long as you can. (2 hours to 2 days!) It really deepens the flavor and improves the texture. I like to chill the dough balls rather than the whole batch of cookie dough. As the dough is easier to scoop when it's soft and the dough balls don't take as long to chill as does a whole bowl of dough.

Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
These Chocolate Chip Cookies are buttery and soft with a nice chew when you bite into them! They’re not too thick and not too thin. They come out of the oven puffed in the center, but while cooling, that center nestles down into pure chewy delicious-ness! YUM! This recipe make 2-dozen cookies, a perfectly manageable batch! They stay soft when stored in an air-tight container and they freeze perfectly either before or after baking.

Cottage Cheese Savory Breakfast Muffins
Delicious protein packed, gluten-free savory cheddar and broccoli muffins! Recipe adapted from "Savory Cottage Cheese Muffins" by "Hey Nutrition Lady" Amounts edited to make 6 muffins – as I like to bake them in my counter-top oven and use my smaller 6-cup muffin tin. I also added some seasonings. You can double the recipe for a larger 12-cup muffin tin.

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.
