QVC Demo Recipes: Wed. 12/7/22 KitchenAid TSV Pro600 Stand Mixer:

A moist and delicious cake from 3 ingredients! This is such a fun way to make a boxed cake mix.  Instead of adding the typical the water and oil to your cake mix, you add melted ice cream along with some eggs.  Think of all the flavor combinations you can try!!  

These are my favorite sugar cookies!  They are buttery, soft and have great vanilla flavor.  Grandma Appolonia always added a little white icing to the top of them.

These Soft Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies are thick, soft, chewy and have just enough tang from the cream cheese to offset some of the sweetness in the cookie and the buttercream frosting. Makes 2 dozen (2 1/2 inch approx.) Cookies.

You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.

These cinnamon rolls rise overnight in the refrigerator. This dough is rich with butter, milk, an egg and egg yolks – reminds me of tender and rich brioche dough. I always spread the warm rolls with a simple icing the melts, coats the rolls and slips into all the cinnamon swirls.  Sometimes I make a simple butter, powdered sugar and milk icing, sometimes I make one with cream cheese – either way, they’re delicious!
