Creamy Parmesan Pasta with Broccoli & Chicken
I make this easy pasta dish all the time, especially on busy weeknights! I change it up with different kinds of pasta, vegetables and protein! The Parmesan sauce is creamy and delicious, but made lighter with chicken broth. (Not as thick and “guilty” as Alfredo sauce.) Everyone loves this dish at our house!

Hi, Tina! I ordered the 3-piece pasta set with drying rack. Very excited to make my own fresh pasta. I have one question concerning cleaning the units. The use and care guide says in part: “Do not wash the Pasta Roller and Cutter in the dishwasher, OR IMMERSE IN WATER or other liquids. THE PASTA ROLLER AND CUTTERS SHOULD BE HAND WASHED.” This statement is contradictory, please clarify they CAN be immersed in soapy water for a hand wash cleaning. Many thanks, and keep up the good work, I always look forward to seeing you on ITKWD.

Hello – MK – Yes that does sound confusing! So you don’t want to immerse in water. You can wipe the outsides with a barely damp cloth. For the rollers and cutters – they don’t get very dirty as the pasta is pretty dry. Mine do get dusty with flour and sometimes some pasta bits. I just use the included brush to brush the flour and pasta bits off. If any pasta bits are stubborn – just let them dry for a few hours (they’ll harden and shrink up) and then you can more easily brush them away. Hope that helps! Have fun!
